With so many beautiful brunch spots around the area, it’s so hard to decide where to go. The food at this place SLAPS. It tastes 10 times better than it looks. In 3 years of trying different brunches out here, this spot hands down takes the crown. Also delish iced coffees and not overly sweet. The vibe is chill, vibey music, low key, and really sweet and kind staff. 💕🤩

We had breakfast at Obaia and loved it so much that we came back again. The quality of the food was excellent and everything was incredibly delicious.
The atmosphere was intimate yet elegant, creating a really pleasant and relaxing vibe. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality offered.
Definitely a place worth visiting more than once.

Obaia was the last restaurant I visited on my last day of my Barcelona trip, and it was a nice way to finish my visit.
I ordered the English-style brunch. The food was fresh and well prepared—there was one lovely lady in the small kitchen preparing everyone's order! The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable (they have excellent A/C, which was necessary on that hot Barcelona day), making it easy to enjoy one final meal in the city.
And I loved their restroom! I wish I took a picture of it. It was decorated with tiles the colour of egg yoke, was very clean, and had a distinctive look that I appreciated. It added to the character of the place.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would happily return on a future trip to Barcelona—but this time I would try their speciality coffee.

We stayed in Barcelona for a week on a family holiday and our Airbnb was just next to Obaia. We came here almost every day for breakfast which was absolutely delicious! Tried everything on their menu including eggs Benedict, and the famous Spanish omlette and I loved every single thing here. But the most important part of this place are the people who are here running it. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it really made our trip so comfortable travelling with two young infants. Thank you so muc! And highly recommend this place for their lovely food and coffee! Don’t forget to try their churros!

I chose the "Bereber" Menu and it is really good. The Chakchuka is excellent and the Harissa is not the typical commercial one you have but the real thing.

Obaia had the prefect breakfast for me. Pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. The menu has a decent variety of items. The store design is super cute. Great lighting. Cute interior decor. All of the staff were smiling. The cafe reminds me of New York. FUN music playing. I highly recommend you visit whenever in town or the neighborhood :)

When the Strapatsada and frappe coffee are so good they make you miss your home country you just NEED to save this place in your favorites. The amount of times I’ll be going back there for more will be ungodly. The best way to start my day! 🥰

Amazing food, I highly recommend the Greek menu that was delicious, especially the yogurt! They also have very good coffee. Would come back 100%
